ScanPro® Advantage Membership Price Update

As of January 1, 2025, the price for our ScanPro® Advantage Software Membership has been updated to $265 per year. This adjustment ensures that we can continue to enhance your membership with powerful features and provide the exceptional support that our customers rely on.

The ScanPro® Advantage membership includes access to exclusive software like AUTO-Scan Pro, priority customer support, and regular updates. This price increase will help us continue to invest in developing the best tools and services to meet your microfilm scanning needs.

Warranty Offerings: New 1-Year Factory Warranty and Extended Options

In another important update, we’ve made a change to our warranty offering. As of January 1, 2025, all ScanPro® products now come with a 1-year factory warranty. While this is a shift from our previous 3-year warranty, we believe this adjustment will allow us to better align our services with customer needs and the evolving technology landscape.

However, we’re excited to announce that after the factory warranty ends, you can still enjoy peace of mind with our extended warranty options. These flexible options include remote support and new onsite repair services through our partners at Kodak Alaris. This means that, should you need it, a technician can come directly to your location for repairs, reducing downtime and ensuring your ScanPro® system continues to perform at its best.
