- ScanPro® Remote Support Service Program – Starts at $395 per year, provided directly by e-ImageData.

Standard Factory Warranty (1-Year Coverage)

Extended Warranty & Service Options
Extend your coverage beyond the initial warranty period with one of our service plans:
1. Remote Support Service Program (Provided by e-ImageData)
Best for: Quick resolutions & remote assistance.
- Remote troubleshooting via phone or email.
- Diagnostic services to assess scanner performance.
- Software assistance for PowerScan installation and updates.
- Training sessions on best practices and maintenance.
- Rapid response within four business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM local time).

- USB Models (1100, 2000, 3000, 2200, 2500, 3500) – $395/year
- USB Models (i9300/i9500) – $495/year

2. On-Site Support Service Program (Provided by Kodak Alaris)
Best for: Customers requiring in-person service & minimal downtime.
- Initial response within 1 hour.
- On-site diagnostics and repairs within 24 hours.
- Parts replacement using genuine e-ImageData parts.
- Annual preventive maintenance visit included.
- Detailed service report after every visit.

Other Warranty Options
- Reinstated Product Warranty – If your warranty has lapsed, contact us at techsupport@e-imagedata.com or 1-800-251-2261 to start the requalification process. Repairs may be required before reinstatement.
- Out-of-Warranty Support – Initial support via phone/email is free. Remote support sessions start at $150/hour (30-minute minimum). Factory service is available for parts, labor, and shipping costs.
How to Request Service
- Contact us: techsupport@e-imagedata.com or 1-800-251-2261.
- For Remote Warranty: Return your scanner in original packaging (replacement box available for a fee).
- Clearly mark the RMA number on your return package.
- Prepay all shipping charges when sending the scanner to e-ImageData.
Terms & Conditions
- All USB ScanPro® models are covered (FireWire models are excluded).
- e-ImageData provides repair/replacement at no cost (shipping charges apply).
- On-Site Service includes expert diagnostics & repairs by Kodak Alaris-certified technicians.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or shipping damage.
- e-ImageData is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or personal injury except in cases of negligence.
