Domestic ScanPro Scanner Upgrades from Firewire to USB 3.1
It is very important that your ScanPro scanner being shipped to e-ImageData (eID) for upgrading be shipped in original packaging. We will ship the original packaging and instructions to you at no charge. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-251-2261.
Orders usually ship within 21 business days or less after receipt of your ScanPro returned to eID for an upgrade.
Within the continental United States, we provide free return shipping on your new ScanPro USB 3.1 upgrade.
Completed ScanPro USB 3.1 upgrades will be return shipped to the customer by UPS or FedEx carriers. We will provide you with carrier information when your completed upgrade ships from eID.
We thank you for your continued confidence in our ScanPro products and support. We have included a dust cover, mouse pad, and quick start guide in appreciation of your continued trust in our scanners and support.
International ScanPro Scanner Upgrades
e-ImageData is not upgrading Firewire microfilm scanners for International customers through our online store. Please contact us at 1-800-251-2261 and we will gladly place your ScanPro microfilm scanner upgrade order with one of our International Resellers.
Domestic and International ScanPro Advantage Membership Software
If a customer would like to evaluate the ScanPro Advantage (SPA) Membership software before making a purchase, they can contact technical support and request a free 3-month trial SPA.
Software orders are typically delivered to the recipient’s email address within 1-3 business days or less.
ScanPro Advantage Membership Software licenses once shipped are no longer controllable by eID and are non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
e-ImageData wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have questions or need help with your install, please contact us using the “Support” tab on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and e-ImageData will refund the full cost of the item minus the shipping costs. Any product return must be in the same condition as shipped to you and must be correctly packaged. Please contact us at 1-800-251-2261 for a return authorization.
